Exchanges and Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a product is not suitable, here are the conditions:
Deadline: Exchanges or returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Conditions: Item must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition with original tags attached. Snowboards must be unused and unwaxed. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Procedure: Write to us at kevensimoneau@nttbsnowboards.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. Once approved, we will send you the return instructions. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part (defective or incorrect product).
NTTB Snowboard Warranty
Our snowboards are covered by a one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects and problems related to materials or assembly. This warranty covers in particular:
Snowboard delamination
Breaking the edges
Defects in the inserts
To claim the warranty, proof of purchase is required (web invoice or from an authorized reseller).
